ClydeUnion Pumps facility in Glasgow, Scotland, is one of the largest manufacturers of complete pumping systems in the world, supplying capital equipment packages to various industry sectors, including:

Packages are capable of being engineered and manufactured to match a broad range of system requirements. The Glasgow manufacturing facility is committed to ensuring that our operations are controlled and are in accordance with best working practices throughout. The extensive range of manufacturing processes include:

Capability and integrity are demonstrated through in-house testing and, with our recent upgrade of high end machining technology our processes become more efficient. High performance pumping systems are developed using finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics.

Quality Assurance

All components are inspected at various stages during manufacture by experienced operators. A full range of inspection equipment is available enabling the company to meet the high quality standards it sets. Within our inspection facility, the company has five coordinate type machines (computer assisted). These have improved the versatility of inspection metrology and, more importantly, sped up measurement of dimensions.

  • ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section III Class 2&3 Vessels, pumps, etc.,

Non-Destructive Examination

  • Qualified staff with many years experience in non-destructive examination techniques have a wide range of equipment at their disposal
