At Celeros Flow Technology, we understand that time is of the essence when maintaining flow control equipment, particularly in severe and critical applications. So, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our speed and responsiveness to customers.

We have two new offers to reduce time and cost for North American customers of our Copes-Vulcan brand, whose control valves, actuators and steam conditioning equipment are used in the power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial processing and nuclear energy sectors.

The “Rapid Response Program” is designed to keep your maintenance schedule firmly on track and ensure you have access to the high quality OEM parts that will keep your plant operating reliably. It offers quicker delivery on Copes-Vulcan spare parts, with lead times starting from under 2 days and going up to 10 days for larger size components ⁽¹⁾.

Alternatively, North American customers can tap into the wealth of engineering and industry expertise inherent in the Copes-Vulcan team with our second offer – a free service inspection. Either your first field service inspection, or your first valve service inspection at one of our service centers, will be conducted by our highly qualified engineers free of charge.⁽²⁾

• Some categories of spare parts may fall outside the Rapid Response Program due to specific technical requirements e.g. special grade of materials, special coatings, hardness treatments, etc. In such instances Celeros Flow Technology reserves the right to adjust the lead time offering to reflect adequate and reliable production times. Expediting fees may apply.
• Free field service inspection limited to one (1) valve or closure of any OEM brand. Travel expenses are not included.
