Sale of Filtration Business triggers next stage of our Strategic Vision as a Global Leader in New Energy and Defence Solutions

We have finalized the sale of our Filtration business unit to London headquartered private equity firm, PX3 Partners (PX3), effective October 2, 2023. With the transaction now concluded, we remain focused on accelerating the strategic transformation of our leading flow control solutions through reinvestment in the business, our employees, and the pursuit of strategic acquisitions that complement our core strengths.
